Our Dried figs are known for their sweet and mellow flavor that makes them delicious and very healthy, providing a lot of nutrients and fiber.
Dried figs can be eaten as a snack, used in recipes, or simmered with fruit juice or water to plump them up. We recommend adding dried figs to your morning oatmeal to make for a healthy breakfast. You can also poach them in wine and add them to desserts or yoghurt.
