Our cookie-cutter designs have a depth of 13 mm and indentions of 10 mm in height with a reinforced base to give them extra strength Dough with a height of 5 mm works best with these cookie cutters. For the easy release of dough remember to coat the cutter with icing sugar/ flour before cutting. We also recommend using chilled dough for best results. We use blue plastic to make the cookie cutter. Please be aware the color may vary. Please ask if you have any questions. NOT DISHWASHER SAFE - Please hand wash the cookie cutters with lukewarm or cold water.
