To work with the pdf, you will need an app or program that allows you to import pdfs and write/type on them. There are many apps available for Apple and Android that will allow you to do this. Personally, I live in Androidland and have had great success with Metamoji. I also use the individual jpgs with Autodesk Sketch as well as Inkscape. Some pages that are extra-fancy if I have photos that I want to show-off, for instance , I will build with Photoshop Elements on my PC and then import into my pdf journal. With a good app, you can add hyperlinks, voice notes, bookmarks/links within the pdf to other parts of the diary, etc. Copy pages and add paste them into the diary as needed.....you can customize it to suit your purpose. This diary is based on high-quality photos of an actual 1937 National Diary. I kept much of the feel of that diary and modified it to accept modern pattern and color design. Page images are purposefully a bit shabby, worn, marked-up. I like old things. I love modern technology.
