An oil diffuser is an inexpensive method of imbuing the atmosphere in a room or home with aromas that uplift the spirit and calm the anxious mind. Place the oil diffuser on a flat, stable surface, well out of reach of small children and pets. Pour about 2 tablespoons of tap water into the top of diffuser.
