Only the gnarliest, grossest, and most painful looking teeth were allowed into the collection. You've also got a few films that are blank so you can add text or get extra creative. I can tell you the dentist, who graciously gave me his old films, saw in his day cowboys, miners, sheep herders, and every other hick to walk the wild west.
