The story focuses around a haunted mansion, where electricity tycoon William Huxley used to live. He brutally murdered his own family, including his son William, and all the servants long time ago. Now the place is cursed and full of undead creatures – ghosts of those who died there.Whoever enters the house is in great danger. There is a group of brave friends who dream about visiting the infamous house and solve the mystery around it. This is where the gameplay starts – a game of hide and seek between ghosts and humans. The stake is survival.Dead Realm has FPS mechanics. The player can become either a ghost or a human. Humans often hide and stealth in order to survive, ghosts try to catch them.The game is only available in a multiplayer mode with two teams, of ghosts and humans fighting against each other. There are 9 maps, each with various features. They vary from outdoor mazes to tight-quartered indoors. All of them are terrifying and horrifying with great atmosphere.Game modes in Dead RealmYou can choose from 5 different game modes, which have various rules and themes. In some the most important thing is to be stealthy, in others co-operation matters. There is also a special mode called The Hunted where the player can face ghosts in FPS gameplay. The player can choose a skin of his ghost and human character. There are 10 special characters and 10 humans to choose from.Dead Realm has multiple enhanced abilities, that represent either patient, strategic or aggressive playstyle. Players can communicate with each other by VOiP system, which allows sharing information on where ghosts or humans are located, but also brings a lot of fun when seeing reactions to terrifying creatures.
