De Cecco Farfalle n° 93 Pasta, 500g

Originating in northern Italy, Farfalle take their name from their butterfly shape, slightly narrow in the centre. This pasta format is recommended for use with butter-based sauces, with peas and ham; white sauces made with salmon and cream; sauces made with mild, soft cheeses with the addition of saffron or curry.
