Harga adalah untuk berat netto bibit yogurt 1 gram untuk 1 liter susu
1 Package: 1gram for 1000ml Milk
Origin: Denmark
Instruction:
Open the individual Package and pour and stir (2 minutes) in 1L milk (preheat milk up to 42 Degree Celsius before mix with the yogurt starter) in a yogurt container.
Make sure the powder does not stick to the bottom or sides of yogurt container.
Place the yogurt container into the yogurt machine and ferment for 6-10 hours (check if not ready please keep in the continue up to 12 hours) at a temperature around 45 Degree Celsius
When it is done, you may want to store in the fridge for 8 hours to improve the flavor.
Note: JANGAN CAMPUR YOGURT STARTER INI DENGAN SUSU PANAS (temperature > 45 Derajat Celsius)
