The straps and lumbar support are up there with backpacking type packs, and make a big difference on long travel days. Heavy duty coil zippers and stout construction should make this bag long lasting. Particularly like the zippered organizer pouches, and secure protection for laptop,tablet and phone. Well designed for the gear I carry all the time. The key clip and easily accessible newspaper pouch are great touches. Obviously a lot of thought and experience put into this design.
