- Warna lebih pekat, cerah, dan daya lekat ke kertas sangat bagus.
- Oil pastel ini empuk sehingga saat mewarnai tidak perlu ditekan dan telah lulus uji toksisitas ( non toxic formula ) sehingga aman digunakan oleh anak-anak.
- Warna yang cerah mudah dilakukan dengan teknik blending /gradasi, teknik stippling (titik-titik), teknik ukir (scraping) dimana warna dasarnya akan terlihat jelas.
- Bisa ditimpa dengan warna lain (overlaying colour) dan tidak akan merusak warna dasarnya.
- Sisa debu / residu dari oil pastel saat mewarnai tidak banyak
- Produk oil pastel ini lebih ditujukan kepada anak-anak yang baru belajar mewarnai
- Media yang digunakan selain kertas ialah kanvas,kayu / stik es krim.
