Packed in cans or cups through pasteurization process to kill the bacteria and keep the meat fresh when we consume it. This process maintains the quality of the meat as we eat a crab taken directly from the sea. To enjoy the best flavor, the crabmeat should be consumed 48 hours after the cans or cups open.
