Pages are bright, clean, and clear of writing, markings, highlighting, etc. Binding and hinges sound. Hardcover boards slightly bowed outwards at edges. Some white residue on top edge of boards. DJ has a moderate amount of shallow surface scratching and scuffing, causing ink to fade and rub in spots. Moderate edgewear to DJ, with small rips, chips and crease lines across edges. DJ chipped and rubbed at corners. White parts of DJ have some dark smudging and blemishing.
