IBrC 1st 2025 Coffee 1 Dose - 14 Gr Bayu's Coffee, the champion of the Indonesia Brewers Cup 2025, presents a meticulously crafted coffee concept inspired by the Extraction Triangle—a balance of agitation, flow rate, and contact time. To control agitation and flow rate, he utilizes a drip assist, pairing it with a Hario Switch and a Sibarist fast paper filter.
The immersion method locked the contact time, while Sibarist ensured a faster and more consistent percolation and drawdown phase. Drawing parallels to a well-exposed photograph, Bayu’s blend embodies three essential tonal elements: highlights, mid-tones, and shadows.
