Daye Bensa, founded by Asena and Mulugeta Dukamo in 2006 in Sidamo, Ethiopia, grows and exports coffee from Shantawene Village and surrounding areas. Their Ethiopia Shantawene coffee, with varieties 74110 and 74158, is grown at 1.900-2.300 MASL and processed naturally. Most of their workforce is women from Shantawene. In December 2019, Inter’American CEO Florian Benkhofer and his team visited Daye Bensa to strengthen their partnership.
