All of these brushes are 100% vector with no raster or bitmap effects. Simply load the brushes up through the brush library and start drawing out your own Christmas lights. Because sometimes Illustrator patterns brushes can become distorted around certain curves and corners, I have also included three versions of the wire separated out from the bulbs. This allows you to draw out the wire and then apply the bulbs to a copy of the wire's stroke. This allows more versatility in placing the bulbs for a truly custom design.
