These exercises are supplementary to Charles Fillmore's book The Twelve Powers of Man, and instruct the readers of that book how to apply the principles therein laid down, and how to awaken within the body, through the action of the mind, the undeveloped or sleeping faculties. All students of the body temple agree that we are using but a small part of its innate capacity. All students of the mind agree that we are using only a very, very small portion of our mind power. These exercises are for the purpose of developing and bringing into action the wonderful latent possibilities, which will ultimate in a complete union of soul and body.
