This self-inflating camping mat provides added comfort when camping and is ideal for festivals, camping trips or holidays. The built-in valve at one end allows the air to be sucked in when opened, quickly filling out the mat. The attached pillow can also be inflated easily by mouth. To deflate, the valve just needs to be opened and as the sleeping mat is rolled up the air will be forced out. The rolled mat can then be conveniently carried in the bag included.
