UPDATED 2017 "Celtic World Collection" nows contains 46 most requested traditional tunes plus new original mandolin tunes with standard notation, chords and mandolin tablature. Over 40 mandolin recordings with guitar accompaniment. The recordings are played at a slower speed to facilitate learning. Also included: a useful mandolin chord chart, commonly used mandolin scales charts, a page of warm-up technical exercises, strumming and picking, plus a full fingerboard chart for mandolin. The traditional music is of Irish, Scottish, Cape Breton and Old Time origins and the original content follows in those same footsteps with a more contemporary approach and a few Middle Eastern inspired tunes to spice it up.
