A complete cost-effective HDMI to Fiber optic converter & field deployable cable reel system from Camplex, the CMX-TACNGO-4KRS converts video signals via HDMI up to 4K2K@60Hz, and extends them via single mode tactical fiber cable on a rugged cable reel.The CMX-TACNGO-4KRS utilizes the Camplex CMX-FMCH001 4K/2K HDMI 2.0 Over Fiber Extender, an SFP-based fiber converter/extender system that can extend video signals up to 12 miles via single mode fiber with the included MSA SFP modules and can achieve up to 37 miles via single mode fiber or up to 984 feet via multimode fiber with compatible MSA SFP+ SFPs. This kit features bi-directional IR and RS-232 transmission for added functionality.One end of the converter is connected to 1,000 feet of tactical grade fiber optic cable on the reel delivering the handy convenience of rapid field deployment. The other end of the converter is then placed at the signal headend side - whether it's a recorder, monitor, projection system or any other HDMI device.
