Sidra, also sometimes referred to Bourbon Sidra, is a rare Arabica varietal that has shared the spotlight on the world stage. In the south of Huila, Jose Uribe Lasso founded Finca El Diviso as a way to discover new methods of improving Colombia coffee quality, one of their coffees is this Sidra. Natural processing highlights Sidras fruity character and this Sidra from El Diviso is bursting with Cherry, Peach & Mango notes.
