The display will show HH to alert that Automatic Shut-Off has been activated. The following conditions may cause activation: When the boiler is plugged in without filling the Inner Container with water; when the water level is lower than the Refill Line and when boiling has been attempted; when the unit is empty or the upper lid is left open and when hot water is poured in immediately after unit was plugged in. Automatic Dispense Lock A safety feature to prevent hot water from being dispensed when the DISPENSE button is pressed accidentally. It is deactivated when the UNLOCK button is pressed. The Automatic Dispense-Lock will turn back on in about 10 seconds even if no water is dispensed.
