CAMVATE Cage for Sony A6500 ILCE-6500 is a customized cage for Sony A6500. It is made of high quality aluminum alloy for lightweight and durability.The cage offers a variety of accessory mounting options. In addition to 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes, a 15mm rod port is integrated into the handle that positions an optional rod above and perpendicular to the camera, which is used to mount an external monitor or EVF. For further accessory mounting, it features two integrated cold shoe mounts on the handle. A cable clamp is included that could be attached to any of 1/4"-20 threaded holes and help prevent connected cables from accidentally being pulled out while shooting. The standard M6 threaded ARRI rosette fits any ARRI style rosette fittings. It comes with two 15mm rod ports on the base plate for any 15mm rail system. With the ergonomical design, you can hold comfortably.With the camera in the cage, you still have access to the SD card slot, battery compartment, and all camera controls, so you don't have to waste time removing the camera from the cage during a shoot.
