Bumbu tepung fried chicken NURA
Description
Tepung Crispy NURA adalah tepung andalan para chef, tepung crispy serbaguna yang bisa digunakan untuk ayam, jamur, tahu, usus, tempe, terong, dan lain-lain.
Tepung Crispy NURA ini sudah diracik dengan berbagai bumbu rempah-rempah, jadi bisa Langsung dipake tanpa ribet dan Insya Allah di jamin anti gagal.
Isi paket:
- 500gr Tepung Crispy NURA Serbaguna

Cara penepungan:
1. Marinasi ayam dengan bumbu marinasi, lalu diamkan 30 menit di lemari es.
2. Tuangkan 1/2kg tepung kedalam baskom
3. Siapkan 2 gelas air es + putih telur untuk celupan
4. Remas ayam kedalam tepung satu persatu kemudian celupkan kedalam air es.
5. Tiriskan, dan remas kembali kedalam tepung.
6. Ulangi prosesnya (remas-celup-remas-celup-remas) atau sesuai kekritingan yang di inginkan
7. Kibas ayam yang sudah kriting sempurna, goreng dengan minyak banyak api sedang.
8. Siap disajikan.
