Biasanya pada saat hari raya qurban kebanyakan diantara kita memiliki banyak daging kambing ataupun sapi. salah satu masakan favorit orang Indonesia berbahan daging kambing/ sapi adalah krengsengan, sekarang anda lebih mudah membuat krengsengan dengan BMM dari bumbu kita, berikut caranya :
Siapkan bahan-bahan :
250 g daging sapi/kambing
kecap manis
minyak goreng untuk menumis
Cara Membuat :
Rebus daging sampai empuk, potong-potong kemudian digepuk
Tumis BUMBU KRENGSENGAN “BMM”, masukkan daging aduk rata
Tambahkan 2 gelas air sisa kaldu, masak sampai bumbu meresap
Tambahkan kecap manis setelah kuah agak kering, aduk sebentar angkat dan sajikan
Komposisi :
