TOPPALADA
Masakan khas dari Bugis Makassar menyerupai Gulai kental, terbuat dari daging sapi.
Bahan:
1 kg Daging Sapi
1 Bungkus Bumbu Instan Toppalada Makassar Spice 200 gr
+/- 2 liter Air
50 gr Gula Merah
5 sdm Air Asam jawa
100 ml Santan, (bisa pakai santan instan kecil)
Garam / penyedap rasa.
Cara Memasak:
1. Masak daging yang sdh dipotong dengan air, gula
merah dan air asam jawa
2. Masukkan Bumbu Instan Toppalada Makassar Spice
3. Masak hingga Daging Lunak dan Air Menyusut.
(Kurang lebih selama 30 menit)
4. Tuangkan Santan
5. Tambahkan Garam dan Penyedap rasa sesuai selera
6. Sajikan dengan taburan Bawang goreng
