CARA MASAK KRAJANA RENDANG:
1. Panaskan bumbu, kemudian masukan air sebanyak 2 liter hingga mendidih
2. Masukan daging yang sudah dipotong-potong, ungkep sampai airnya mengering
3. Masukan santan di aduk terus sampai mendidih
4. Tambahkan air asam jawa, hati rebus dan serundeng, aduk terus sampai santan menyusut berwarna kecoklatan
5. Tambahkan sedikit garam dan gula pasir secukupnya
6. Cek rasa dan jika sudah kering dan berdedak siap untuk dihidangkan
