(misal 100gr biang inti : 1kg terigu)
Aduk hingga tercampur rata
Tepung siap digunakan untuk mebuat gorengan seperti fried chicken, jamur crispy, kentang crispy, tempe crispy, dsb.
Hasil gorengan jadi gurih dan renyah, tidak perlu penambahan bumbu lainnya.
