Suggested Use
Ranch Style Pancakes: (Authentic Best)
Empty contents of packet into a bowl and add 240 ml (8 fl oz) cold water, 90 ml (3 fl oz) milk, 3 eggs (lightly beaten). Stir all ingredients into smooth batter. *Use more liquid for thinner pancakes.
Lightly grease frypan and preheat.
Pour batter into frypan to desired size and cook over low-medium heat. When the edge of the pancake appears cooked and bubbles have burst, turn over and cook other side until golden brown.
For sweet toppings: drizzle with maple syrup or honey, or serve with fruit salads and ice cream. For nutritious savory toppings: serve with sauteed mushrooms or char grilled vegetables and sprinkle of soy sauce. Alternatively serve with fresh leaf salad, tomato and cheese. Great nutritious starter for breakfast or for any meal of the day.
