250 gram bumbu bisa digunakan untuk 1 kg daging sapi/ayam.
1kg bumbu cukup untuk 4kg daging sapi/ayam.
Sudah ada santan dan srundeng, tidak perlu menambah santan.
Cara memasak:
Masukkan 1kg daging sapi / ayam ke dalam panci, tambahkan 250gr bumbu rendang dan air secukupnya sampai daging tenggelam.
Rebus sampai daging mencapai keempukan yang diinginkan.
Setelah daging empuk, ambil daging dari panci, lalu masak cairan bumbu di panci sampe kembali mengental sesuai kekentalan yang diinginkan.
Masukkan kembali daging, aduk sebentar dengan bumbu yang sudah kental supaya daging hangat, hidangkan.
250 gram bumbu bisa digunakan untuk 1 kg daging sapi/ayam.
1kg bumbu cukup untuk 4kg daging sapi/ayam.
