Action-adventure Game Brutal Legend combines visceral action combat with open-world freedom. It's a unique take on the action/driving genre, which in this case is full of imitation cover bands, demons out to subjugate humanity and heavy metal music. It's set in a universe somewhere between Lord of the Rings and Spinal Tap. It's a spectacular voyage through the belly of the beast that gamers and Metalheads alike should not miss, starring the skills of comedian, actor, and musician Jack Black as super roadie Eddie Riggs, as well as cameos by some of the biggest names in metal music. The multiplayer map packs Hammer of Infinite Fate and Tears of the Hextadon are free extras in the PC version of Brutal Legend. Key Features Combat in Brütal Legend combines real-time tactical elements with vintage action slasher gameplay. Your double-sided broadaxe and demon-slaying, pyrotechnic-producing guitar provide melee and ranged combat. A complex, satisfying core gameplay battle cycle that is enjoyable for both dedicated and casual players may be created by combining the 1-2 punch with a guitar solo mechanic that can summon items, buff your friends, or cripple your opponents. Additionally, gamers will progress from Roadie to Rock God by leading armies of metalheads into Brütal Victory and sending soldiers charging into war. In the fully streamed open world of Brutal Legend, you have the freedom to drive, fly, or walk wherever you like. The Game's art direction was influenced by some of the most recognisable and hilariously excellent metal album covers ever. Every landscape in Brütal Legend's breathtaking world appears to have been taken straight out of a Frank Frazetta painting. Metal gods like Lemmy Kilmister, Rob Halford, Lita Ford, and countless others make appearances in Brutal Legend. It boasts a MASSIVE metal soundtrack that spans all of metal's musical history, from the 1970s' classic metal to the 1980s' hair metal to the spookier 1990s metal. The ultimate tribute to metal is paid by Jack Black as Eddie the Roadie, carrying on the theme established by his band Tenacious D and his earlier movies like School of Rock and High Fidelity. Plot A flurry of chrome, leather, rocker babes, epic music, fire-breathing/stud-wearing animals, mountains built of guitar amps, and more bring the vibrant and wildly imaginative world of Brutal Legend to life. In enormous band clashes, Eddie commands the power of rock as he sets out on a tour of epic destruction with an axe, a guitar, and his supporters.
