Mount accessories to the rigid top plate with options for NATO, 1/4", 3/8" & Sony 8T points. There are also two Quick Detach (QD) sockets for attaching camera straps & swivels.Mini Axl Monitor BracketThe Mini Axl replaces the stock monitor bracket, mounting to the articulating NATO rail for a wide range of positioning options. Adjust the angle of the screen on-the-fly with the adjustable drag or securely lock it off. It won't sag or drift from the horizontal, even when operating with the Sony FX9 Loupe. By attaching accessories to the top plate, less weight can be placed onto the top handle while also adding quick-release functionality with the integrated NATO rails.This Top Plate attaches to the top of the Sony FX6, wrapping around the top handle providing secure mounting points for a wide range of accessories. Integrated NATO rails run the length of the plate, with spring-loaded safety releases on both ends.Helicoil, NATO 8T And QDWhen it comes to rigging, you can choose from threaded, NATO and QD points, or any combination you need. All threaded points are stainless-steel helicoiled for added strength. Helicoil fittings are crucial to prevent thread stripping or binding. An important factor to consider when constantly changing rig configurations. There are also two Sony 8T points at the rear of the plate.Combines With:The Top Plate can also be used with B4004.1006 Filler piece to add a third NATO rail in the middle which provides a centered mounting point. Hard anodised for extended durability.- Mini Axl (Sony FX6) -This Mini Axl kit contains everything you need to replace the original mount for your Sony FX6 monitor, adding flexible positioning, drag adjustment and sag-free support for the FX9 Loupe.This kit includes the Folding NATO Rail, Monitor Holder, 15mm Rod Mount & the NATO Rotating Bar.This kit comes complete with everything you need to use your Sony FX6 monitor with the Mini Axl. It is designed to be compact while adding flexibility in how you want to position the monitor. The NATO rail can be attached to the front or rear Sony 8T point on the handle.The extension rail mounts to the 15mm rod clamp, allowing it to pivot 360-degrees. The arm can then be rotated for extra height or reach, and can be folded flat when not in use. The removable orange threaded cap prevents the rail from falling out, while a removable stud provides a safety stop for attached accessories.You can adjust the amount of drag on the tilt-axis by using the locking screw, capable of supporting the weight of the FX9 loupe.The monitor holder is custom matched to the FX6 monitor, with a 3/8" thread for attaching to the included 15mm rod mount or other accessories.When transporting the camera, the monitor can be folded into the stowed position.No CompromisesMachined and hand-finished in our single factory in Church Crookham from high-grade materials.
