Green tea whose leaves have been steamed to prevent oxidation, moving along, the tea leaves go into the drying
and rolling process. This is where the tea gets it shape
and taste, typically producing a bright yellowish-green infusion. Having a more fresh vegetal, almost grassy flavour
(some taste seaweed-like).
INGREDIENTS:
Green tea
BREWING METHOD:
1 tea bag per cup
150 ml water
70-80°C water temperature
Steep for 2-3 minutes
Remove the tea bag and serve
