Bosch EX40 Ultra Vandal Dome Camera, NTSC, (Clear Aluminum Base/Clear Dome)

The EX40 is an ultra vandal-resistant fixed dome camera with full-sized housing, high-performance 1/3" CCD sensors and varifocal, auto-iris lenses for excellent CCTV surveillance in a wide variety of applications. The dome is packed with installer-friendly features, including a Video Patch Lead (VPL) for quick connection to the optional Video Patch Connector (VPC), allowing a portable monitor to be used for setup and troubleshooting. The proprietary Pan-TiltTwist gimbal allows versatile positioning of the CCD and lens and instant centering of the video image. Internal fastening hardware is thermally and mechanically optimized for enhanced reliability. EX40 domes are conduit compatible for easy installation onto standard electrical fittings. Varifocal, auto-iris lenses ensure excellent optical performance. The EX40 features base construction of CNC machined anodized aluminum, an incredibly durable material with high corrosion and heat-resistance. Unlike other finishes, anodized aluminum has astounding chemical stability and will resist changes to color or appearance, even under heavy exposure to ultraviolet rays. A polycarbonate dome of 3mm thickness is utilized to protect the internal camera components. Resistant to impact, fire, heat and UV, the polycarbonate dome is guaranteed unbreakable in the face of even the most vicious attacks by vandals. The weather-sealed EX40 is specified for performance in temperatures ranging from -40deg.C to +60deg.C (-40deg.F to +140deg.F).
