Cara memasak boba
1. Masak air sampai mendidih (perbandingan air : tapioca pearl = minimal 6 : 1)
2. Masukkan mutiara, aduk-aduk sampai mengapung.
3. Kecilkan api secukupnya (sampai tidak luber jika panci ditutup), tutup panci. Masak selama 30 menit (untuk pearl size 8-10 mm), aduk setiap 10 menit.
4. Setelah 30 menit – Matikan api, biarkan panci tetap tertutup selama 30 menit.
5. Bilas dengan air bersih sampai lendirnya hilang, tiriskan.
6. Masukkan dalam toples, rendam dengan air gula / taburi gula pasir, tapioca pearl siap digunakan. Idealnya dihabiskan dalam 6 jam untuk kualitas terbaik.
7. Boba yang matang Kalau tidak habis.
Simpan suhu ruangan.
Besok dihangatkan kembali..

Cara memasak boba
