Cara Memasak Boba Pearl bobatee
1. isi air kedalam panci dengan perbandingan banyaknya air 6× boba pearl, air lebih banyak lebih baik
2. didihkan air, kemudian masukkan bona pearl kedalam air yang telah mendidih tersebut, aduk sampai boba pearl terapung +/- selama 2 menit
3. setelah boba pearl terapung, kecilkan api, tutup panci rapat-rapat, teruskan masak selama 23-30 menit (untuk ukuran pearl size 8-10mm). setiap 10 menit buka dan aduk sampai kedasar panci supaya tapioka pearl tidak menempel di dasar panci
4. setelah 25-30 menit, matikan api, biarkan tapioka pearl tetap didalam panci (panci tetap dalam keadaan tertutup) selama 15 menit
5. angkat,saring,dan bias tapioca pearl dengan air keran suhu normal.tiriskan setelahnya
6. rendam dalam air gula.anda dapat menggunakan air gula huatan sendiri atau gula cair yang diencerkan dengan perbandingan.
7. boba pearl siap digunakan untuk dicampurkan ke dalam minuman favorit anda,untuk kualitas terbaik,konsumsi atau habiskan dalam 6 jam
