What you need to know: This Pack contains 3 Photoshop actions which will work on any sized pictures: - Glossy Blur - Foggy Blur - Clear Blur - Use 60% opacity in each one to get a unique dreamy glow effect! --- Double click on the action file and it will be installed in your Photoshop... Open the action window... WindowActions Open your picture and click on the action! Easy as that! This action uses Smart Filters! Yes that's right! The method used for making this action makes the pictures completely non destructive and 100% editable! If the picture is too blurry then no prob! just click on the smart filter and change the intensity of the blur to your requirements. You can also change the overall tone of the blur to your liking. You can also replace the photo but the blur effect will remain on any photo that is used! : This action is great for making smartphone wallpapers or using pictures in flat design : Have a good time and please rate and maybe even tell your friends about this.
