Then there is a story mode, which is rather self-explanatory.Then there is "battle" category which provides you with such modes like Arcade (classic), VS Mode (where you can play against CPU or your friends), Grim of Abyss Mode (where you find and use grimoires, items etc. to customize your character), Score Attack, and Speed Star Mode (where you face one enemy after another and try to defeat them ASAP). There is also a Network Mode where you can fight against players from all over the World.
