Each panel comes with built-in LCDs for menus, high-quality buttons with customizable illumination color, a DVE joystick, and a T-bar fader. All M/E button rows include integrated LCDs for dynamic input button labeling.The larger 1 M/E Advanced Panel 30 model boasts 30 input buttons and features three system control LCDs. It also includes buttons for controlling four upstream keyers, four downstream keyers, and four M/E rows. The ATEM Constellation is designed to offer the most advanced live switching workflow, with separate program and preview buses for quick and accurate source switching.When it comes to selecting transition types, a system control LCD screen displays the options for that transition, allowing users to modify its parameters without navigating through complex menus. This instant availability offers multiple ways to switch, including cutting directly on the program bus.The ATEM Advanced Panels provide all the controls needed to access all transition types quickly. ATEM switchers offer a vast range of transition styles, including standard SMPTE wipes with edge softening for smooth transitions, dip transitions for innovative effects, and DVE transitions for dynamic foreground image movements. The T-bar fader even allows for manual positioning of the transition for total control.The ATEM Advanced Panels are ideal for positioning the DVE for custom picture-in-picture effects, thanks to the included joystick. Users can also use the soft knobs and menus on the LCD to adjust the DVE position, size, and other features such as lighting and drop shadow effects.The ergonomically designed T-bar control allows users to perfectly sync transitions with the live performance, enhancing the emotion of a live event. The joystick offers full 3 Axis control for adjusting X, Y, and Z positions of wipe patterns and positioning the ATEM Constellation DVEs.Each system control LCD features a direct access keypad with a button for each function, and LCD and soft knobs and buttons. There are hundreds of switcher parameters available for keyers, transition selection, DVE, color generators, switcher video standard, multiview setup, and even input button remapping.The ATEM Advanced Panel also includes built-in macros, allowing users to easily record their own custom macros and trigger them with the push of a button. This means that users don't need to use a computer to work with macros, as they can trigger them from the same hardware panel they are switching from. Users can set up different macros to trigger under each macro button, and the thin strip LCD under the buttons will show users which button has which macro assigned.
