AIVAR is a pearl of Balkan cuisine! Aivar is a Serbian national dish, popularly nicknamed “the black caviar of the poor”, ideal for grilled meat and barbecue! This word is pronounced with an emphasis on the first letter, Ai-var, which means “namaz” - in Russian it’s about the same: nAmaz is what is spread on a piece of bread! Aivar BIZIM TARLA is prepared according to a home-made recipe, without preservatives and artificial flavours. Aivar can be an excellent addition to sandwiches, the basis for multi-storey sandwiches, a vegetable addition to hot dishes (then it is served in a separate dish). In addition, this thick aromatic sauce is often added to scrambled eggs, as well as to cold appetizers, which are served in the form of various rolls. It is interesting that many ajvar lovers like to simply eat this sauce without any additives - directly from a vase with a teaspoon.
