After we released our first blend now say hello to our new blend for cold brew! This blend brings together flavour notes of lemon, sweet brown sugar, and chocolate for a refreshing and smooth coffee experience. Whether you prefer it with water or milk, this cold brew is perfect for any occasion.
Blend Composition: 50% Aceh Gayo Semi Washed x 50% Kamojang Anaerobic Honey
Tasting Notes: Lemon, Brown Sugar & Chocolate
Here's our recommended recipe to make Cold Brew with this blend:
- Grind 100gr of coffee with Medium grindsize
- In a large pitcher or jar, combine the fine ground coffee with 750ml of room temperature water and stir gently to ensure all the coffee grounds are mixed evenly.
- Cover the pitcher or jar and let it steep at room temperature for 20 hours
- After 20 hours, strain the coffee using a fine-mesh sieve, a cloth filter or a coffee filter to remove all the grounds.
- Your cold brew concentrate is ready. You can dilute it with water or milk to your desired strength when serving. Store the concentrate in the refrigerator for up to a week
