Beras mentik wangi susu
Beras mentik susu sepintas sangat mirip ketan atau mirip sekali dengan jenis padi yang masih muda saat dipanen. Beras mentik susu jauh lebih pulen dibandingkan dengan beras jenis lainnya dan sedikit lebih lengket namun tidak selengket ketan. Biasanya beras ini sangat disukai anak-anak karena teksturnya yang pulen dan mudah dikunyah.
Selain itu beras mentik wangi susu merupakan benih local ( bukan hasil rekayasa ginetik ) dan dibudidyakan tanpa pestisida kimia, hanya penggunaan bahan-bahan organik dan sedikit pupuk makro ( NPK ) dengan mempertimbangkan aspek ekonomis, social dan kelestarian lingkungan hidup.
