Basic Letter and Memo Writing

Emphasis on developing skills such as the ability to think logically, to apply basic principles of communication, and to use language appropriately is included. Both a process (teaching the basic skills of writing and revising to product high-quality documents) and a product (illustrating a finished product that can be edited to achieve an effective final product) approach to writing is also incoporated in the text.
