Aroma : it’s a deep sweet strawberry aroma with a hints of floral note like hibiscus tea.
Flavor : actually this coffee is a bit sensible with the water you use to brew, if you find the best peak of it, enjoy the sweet strawberry, pomegranate, peach, the floral combining with aroma and it’s acidity will turn your perspective into hibiscus tea, in the end it will coming a vibrant dark chocolate lingering around your mouth.
Body : the body is tea like yet juicy and round. It is medium weight and well structured.
Acidity : the acidity of this coffee will remind you of red berries, pleasant and sweet. Combination of Malic, citric and just enough of it’s phosphoric make the acidity intriguing.
Aftertaste : Medium long finish, sweet and clean finish of natural coffee. The note of dark chocolate will long lasting lingering your palate, with bright pomegranate finish sensation.
