When she discovered that it was a gluten and dairy intolerance that were making her life a misery, Boo decided to find a way to cut out the bad stuff without sacrificing those sweet treats she had enjoyed since she was a child. Adapting those classic recipes for her own dietary needs, she found a way to indulge in delicious cakes, bakes and buns, all made from organic, locally sourced ingredients rather than chemical substitutes.
