BUMBU RENDANG ASLI PADANG
Cara Masak :
1. Siapkan 1 kg daging sapi
2. Siapkan santan dari 2 butir kelapa
3. Ungkap daging, Bumbu Rendang dengan air 200ml hingga empuk (15-20menit) agar bumbu meresap
4. Masukan santan dari 2 butir kelapa kedalam wajan
5. Lalu aduk hingga santan mengental dan berwarna kecoklatan dengan dengan api kecil
6. Bisa tambahkan gula aren (50gram) untuk yang tidak terlalu suka pedas (Optional)
Bumbu di Racik di Payakumbuh Sumatera Barat
Bumbu sudah diolah, siap untuk digunakan dan tanpa bahan pengawet
Cara Penyimpanan :
- Di suhu ruangan bumbu tahan hingga 10-12 hari
- Di dalam Freezer tahan hingga 2-3 bulan
