This tea tends to give a sweet and floral taste when brewed. Steep color also gives a very light yellow color.
How to Brew:
Take about 1 - 2 teaspoons for about 200-250 ml of water. Brew using water around 75 - 85C, brew for about 1 minute before removing and draining. Can be used between 3 x steeping.
Cold brew / cold brew: use a ratio of 1 gram of water to 100 ml of water. Put the tea into a closed container / thermos filled with plain water (not boiling water or hot water). Refrigerate for 8-12 hours. Very fresh and sweet and fragrant when enjoyed cold.
