Bir pletok / bandrek (kemasan tanpa jahe & gula)
Terdiri dari berbagai macam rempah asli dan berkualitas, antara lain :
- Kayu secang
- Kapulaga
- Adas bintang
- Cengkeh
- Cabe jawa
- Kayu manis
- Lada hitam
- Daun jeruk
- Daun pandan
- Sereh wangi
Bir pletok / bandrek berkhasiat untuk memperlancar peredaran darah dan sebagai penghangat tubuh.
Cara penggunaan :
- Cuci rempah dengan air mengalir kemudian tiriskan
- Rebus 3 liter air campurkan dengan gula dan jahe (banyak/sedikit sesuai selera anda)
- Masukan semua bahan rempah bandrek yang sudah dicuci kedalam air yang sudah dilarutkan dengan gula dan jahe
- Masak dengan api sedang dan diaduk hingga harum
- Angkat, saring dan sajikan selagi hangat
