Ijen Carbonic Maceration Natural is a highly experimental and premium coffee from the Ijen Highlands, East Java. Processed using Carbonic Maceration a technique borrowed from winemaking. This method enhances fruit forward flavor, deep complexity, and a silky body, creating an exotic cup with wine like acidity, tropical sweetness, and layered depth. Vibrant and complex, with notes of tropical fruit, red berries, and dark chocolate. A full body, offering a smooth and velvety mouthfeel. Refined acidity with hints of floral undernotes, honey, and spices.
