BERAS MERAH ORGANIK TANPA KULIT (SELEP) 1KG
Description
Beras merah organik kemasan ini mengandung antosianin (pigmen yang berperan sebagai antioksidan) dan juga sebagai penangkal kanker. Selain itu beras merah juga dikenal mempunyai serat yang tinggi serta asam lemak esensial. Selain itu, beras merah juga bermanfaat untuk membantu menurunkan berat badan dan menjaga kesehatan tulang.
Tips memasak beras merah agar pulen dan empuk:
- cuci beras hingga bersih. Maksimal 3x pencucian dengan air mengalir.
- rendam beras beberapa saat (30 menit-1 jam)
- masukkan ke dalam rice cooker dan pastikan takaran air pas saat di masak (perbandingan 1:2)
- saat matang, biarkan sejenak dalam keadaan tertutup sekitar 10 menit (uap akan membantu nasi menjadi lebih pulen)
- untuk cita rasa lebih pulen, bisa dicampur dengan sedikit beras putih/hitam sesuai selera.
