This model, part of the 300 Series wall cabinets, features a welded construction with center-section depths of 12" and 15", offering ample space for various equipment.The cabinet is composed of three 16-gauge CRS sections, including a 2" deep, solid-steel front door, a center section with adjustable mounting rails, and a 4 1/2" deep rear door. The panel space openings range from 7 RU to 35 RU, providing flexibility for different equipment sizes. Designed with functionality in mind, this wall rack cabinet is equipped with provisions for custom cabinet mounting, wire management, equipment mounting, and structural support. It features a sleek #962 black epoxy finish, adding a professional touch to any setting. The cabinet includes adjustable front rack rails tapped 10-32, manufactured to standard E.I.A. 1/2" spacing. Models with RU openings of 16RU, 24RU, and 35RU come with center section mounting rail supports. The cabinet also features internal open raceways for cable pathways, and corner brace supports with round wire access holes for harnessing excess wire.The rear section of the cabinet is equipped with 1/4" deep boss detents, offering contractors the flexibility to install a custom plywood, aluminum, or steel sub-plate for mounting accessories. The cabinets also feature 20 conduit knockouts on the rear section for easy cable management.Ventilation is ensured by perforated vents located on both sides of the center section, maintaining optimal operating conditions for rack-mounted electronics. The cabinet's structural support is exceptional, with one-piece front and rear sections strengthened with frame flanges on the bottom, top, and sides. The center section is plug-welded, joining the bottom and top panels to the side panels for maximum reinforcement. The cabinet also features electric-welded seams and miters, increasing the overall bonding and durability. The center section guide plate, a unique design feature, reduces potential sagging by distributing cabinet and equipment weight to the rear section. This 11-gauge, 1 7/8" wide guide plate provides a 3/4" lip for added support to the center section, ensuring that an equipment-weighted center section will close properly. For added convenience, an optional caster for carrying the weight of the center sections is available (Atlas CT31A).
